We are looking for an Investment Projects Group Procurement Executive for our organization. The position will be directly reporting to Investment Projects Group Procurement Manager.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 6+ years experience in Procurement of Investment Projects
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, running complex contracts, managing spend for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expert in contract drafting and sign-off by negotiating the commercial, technical and legal terms
  • Experience in SAP MM, MS Axapta & SAP MDG
Job Description
  • Effectively communicate the vision of Group Procurement and conduct internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage diversity of stakeholders in Kibar Holding Group Companies
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company policies and targets
  • Perform RFx’s, evaluate quotations in order to support vendor selection
  • Create purchase orders through ERP systems
  • Follow-up and ensure effective supplier management
  • Execute contract management
