Allianz Türkiye, nakit yönetimi alanında görev alacak, günlük nakit akışını yönetecek ve raporlayacak deneyimli bir yatırım yönetimi takım üyesi arıyor. Banka ilişkilerini güçlendirecek, raporlama süreçlerini iyileştirecek ve SAP üzerinden süreçleri etkin şekilde yönetecektir.

Pozisyon, hibrit çalışma modelini benimseyen ve finansal operasyonlar ile stratejik projelerin entegrasyonunda rol alacak bir profesyonel aramaktadır. İleri düzey İngilizce ve AI/Veri Analitiği bilgisi avantajdır.

Competenze

• Mühendislik, Matematik, Ekonomi veya Finans alanında lisans derecesi.
• Yatırım ve Sermaye Piyasalarına ilgi gereklidir.
• Veri analizi ve raporlama konusunda yetkinlik veya bu becerileri geliştirme isteği.
• Excel makrolarına deneyim.
• Analitik düşünme yeteneği.
• İyi zaman yönetimi ve planlama becerileri.
• Sonuç odaklılık ve ikna yeteneği.
• Stres ve zorluklarla başa çıkma esnekliği.
• İletişim becerileri ve takım çalışması.

• Günlük nakit akışını yönetmek ve likidite pozisyonlarını raporlamak.
• Banka işlemlerini yürütmek ve izlemek.
• Nakit akış projeksiyonlarını hazırlamak.
• Bankalarla gece yarısı mevduatları ve treasury işlemlerini müzakere etmek.
• Tüm finansal kurumlarla güçlü ilişkiler kurmak.

What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance
• Strong interest in Money and Capital Markets
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, or a strong willingness to develop these skills
• Experience with Excel macros
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Results-oriented approach with strong persuasion skills
• Flexibility and the ability to handle stress and challenges effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, macros, etc.).
• Advanced level of English (written and verbal)
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and AI tools

How can you make an impact?

• Manage daily cash flow and prepare daily liquidity positions.
• Execute and monitor banking operations.
• Prepare and report cash flow projections.
• Negotiate overnight deposits and treasury transactions with banks.
• Maintain strong relationships with all financial institutions.
• Prepare monthly and periodic reports requested by internal departments.
• Manage bank contract negotiation and lifecycle processes.
• Minimize manual processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Take an active role in automating cash flow reporting processes.
• Monitor developments in digitalization and automation, and propose strategic initiatives to integrate these advancements into our workflows and expand our capabilities.
• Ensure the timely transmission of monthly transactions to the Accounting department via SAP.
