The Investment Principal will support the Investment department in capital allocation analysis, evaluation of investment opportunities, oversight of portfolio companies and other investment assets, financial analysis, valuations, reporting and IC/board materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A or PE.
• M&A buy/sell-side experience with knowledge of investment structuring and execution.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to prepare investment-style presentations independently, without AI tools.
• Understanding of financial statements, valuation methods and business drivers.
• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Highly principled with ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proactive team player with detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain investment reports, dashboards, trackers and action logs.
• Build detailed financial models and perform valuation.
• Prepare IC memos, board packs, management summaries, presentations and other material for internal and external stakeholders
• Track key financial, operational and governance KPIs across portfolio companies.
• Improve reporting, governance and documentation standards.
• Coordinate information requests with portfolio companies, Gozde, Yildiz Holding and external advisors.
• Support valuation, audit, tax, legal and consulting workstreams.
• Evaluation, and screening of new investment opportunities.
• Participate in all stages of the transaction process, from origination through execution.
• Develop and expand relationships with industry participants and stakeholders.

Role Purpose

The Investment Principal will support the Investment department in capital allocation analysis, evaluation of investment opportunities, oversight of portfolio companies and other investment assets, financial analysis, valuations, reporting, and preparation of IC / board materials.

What do you need for this role?
