Doğuş Otomotiv Parts & Logistics Center is seeking a highly skilled Parts Inventory Planning Assistant Specialist to join our Parts Operations Department.
Job Description
- Utilize statistical models to forecast future parts and accessories demand for the brands represented by Doğuş Otomotiv, ensuring high availability, inventory turnover rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address demand and supply risks by sharing findings with relevant stakeholders and taking necessary actions.
- Prepare and send daily orders for unmet demands to suppliers.
- Monitor and control orders and daily operations.
- Conduct verbal and written communication with suppliers regarding orders.
- Report on business outcomes and performance parameters of the department.
- Generate new ideas and projects aimed at improving business processes.
General Qualifications
- Graduated from Industrial, Mechanical, or Management Engineering departments of universities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; sophisticated skills in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in researching and learning new technologies and methods.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized with timely and assertive follow-up skills and execution.
- Excellent communication skills.
