Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a logistics data entry role based on-site to maintain stock/inventory and training records. You will respond to inquiries on inventory levels or delivery schedules and perform routine admin tasks following established procedures.

You will also handle customer escalations, order allocation, and reporting while adhering to HSE and quality standards to minimize risk and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Minimal or no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into a database or system to maintain stock/inventory and training records.
• Respond to enquiries on inventory levels or delivery schedules.
• Perform routine administrative activities per established procedures.
• Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, and prepare reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace; follow safety procedures.
