Job summary

LC Waikiki seeks an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager based in Istanbul to ensure store visuals meet brand standards across outlets. You will visit stores, guide content updates, and drive international coordination with Visual Operations teams.

You will also develop display standards to boost brand perception and create a comfortable shopping environment in overseas stores, while mentoring your team and driving performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent English in written and verbal form.
• 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• No travel restrictions.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must reside in Istanbul.
• Second foreign language is a plus.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store visuals comply with standards by visiting stores.
• Update content standards in stores and provide feedback to teams.
• Ensure information flow between merchandising teams and International Visual Operations.
• Develop content standards to enhance brand perception and customer comfort in overseas stores.

• Meets the learning and development needs of its team to enable it to achieve internal process goals,
• Performs the tasks of planning, goal setting, organizing, providing resources, directing, controlling and managing performance necessary for the effective execution of activities.
