Job summary

LC Waikiki is seeking a senior Visual Merchandising lead based in Istanbul to ensure store compliance with visual standards and oversee content updates across stores. You will drive standards, coach teams, and coordinate with International Visual Operations to elevate brand perception in overseas markets.

The role requires deep expertise in visual merchandising, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel regionally; residency in Istanbul is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Visual Merchandising experience.
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
• No travel restrictions.
• Must reside in Istanbul.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Second foreign language is preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures store compliance with visual standards by visiting stores.
• Updates content standards in stores and provides feedback to teams.
• Ensures information flow between merchandising teams and International Visual Operations.
• Develops content standards to encourage customers, improve brand perception, and create a comfortable shopping environment in overseas stores.
• Meets the learning and development needs of its team to achieve internal process goals.
• Performs planning, goal setting, organizing, providing resources, directing and managing performance for effective execution.
