Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking an experienced Information Security professional to join our Istanbul team, supporting the local Information Security Officer and the Head Office CABCM Function. You will help shape objectives for Cybersecurity and Business Continuity programs and ensure local adoption of policies.

The role focuses on monitoring security posture, coordinating security projects, reviewing vulnerability reports, managing access control, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the Group

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience in information security and cybersecurity management.
• Knowledge of business continuity management and BIA methodologies.
• Experience in IT and cybersecurity risk management.
• Experience in application security and vulnerability assessment.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
• Financial services knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the branch information security and cybersecurity posture and prepare reporting for Top Management.
• Implement and update cybersecurity policies, procedures in line with Group framework.
• Continuously monitor Cybersecurity and Business Continuity programs to ensure compliance with objectives.
• Coordinate security projects and tasks with Head Office and local stakeholders.
• Track regulatory changes and emerging cyber threats.
• Review vulnerability reports, hot-fixes and patches.
• Oversee user access lifecycle activities and access control documentation; support Business Continuity including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) tests and reporting.

Who we are looking for
