Key Responsibilities
  • SAP master data support (material masters, BOMs, routings) to keep product and recipe records accurate across MM/PP.
  • Support pre-dispersion, wet milling & grinding trials: set up lab experiments, collect particle-size data, evaluate dispersion quality, and report results.
  • Help coordinate lab-to-pilot / process scale-up activities: perform basic process checks, confirm equipment readiness, and capture learning for manufacturing transfer.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain on day-to-day project needs; enable smooth cross-functional handoffs.
  • Prepare basic process documentation, batch instructions, and trial reports under guidance.
  • Provide hands-on production support during manufacturing runs; identify issues, assist in troubleshooting / root cause analysis, and work with mentors to resolve them.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement (Kaizen / Lean Manufacturing) and small process optimization projects that improve yield, cycle time, or quality metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 0–2 years’ experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a technical internship (ink, coatings, chemicals, or related industries a plus).
  • Basic familiarity with SAP ERP (MM/PP) or strong willingness to learn enterprise systems & master data management.
  • Keen interest in particle size reduction, dispersion & grinding technologies, pigment / colorant handling.
  • Data-minded: able to collect, organize & interpret lab / pilot / production data.
  • Strong communication skills; collaborative, learning-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, adaptable in a fast-paced batch manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
