Summary

Build and troubleshoot custom industrial control panels for automated packaging equipment used by Fortune 500 manufacturers. This position includes panel layout, wiring, testing, and commissioning complex control systems.

Job Functions

• Assembly and wiring of industrial control panels


• Dimensionally layout back panels and externally mounted devices


• Operate computerized terminal, wire labeling, and engraving equipment


• Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics


• Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards


• Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting


• Powering up panels (hot wiring)


• Debugging I/O with live power

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical circuits
