Bunge offers an outstanding full time and paid opportunity for starting young professionals to kick-off their career within Bunge Turkey.

You will be part of a comprehensive international training curriculum, crafted to give an understanding of the operations, processes and technologies of Bunge’s crushing, refining, and packaging facilities in Bunge.

Program Overview

Start in our Trace Plant, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations, within the Production department.

The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:

Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.

Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge and grow through a game and group learning curriculum.

Flourish | 6 months: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills of the future.

Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.

What to bring

A Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or other related fields (Industrial Engineering);

Up to 2 years previous work experience, which can be through internships or extra-curricular experience. International exposure; travel & relocation might be required

A good level of English language and Turkish skills

MS Office knowledge

Understanding of industrial environment specific challenges-laboratory conditions
