The successful candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes and product design through the application of advanced engineering principles and techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Optimize existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through process engineering activities.
• Use CAD software and CNC machining to design and fabricate complex parts and components.
• Develop and maintain process schematics and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and automation into manufacturing operations.
• Perform root cause analysis to address production issues and quality concerns.
• Conduct process validation and verification to meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Implement process controls and quality assurance measures to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations in process engineering and automation.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement and product design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and hands-on experience with CNC machining.

• Schedule:
