Topre America, a Tier 1 automotive supplier located in Smyrna, TN, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes and product design through the application of advanced engineering principles and techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
  • Optimize existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through process engineering activities.
  • Use CAD software and CNC machining to design and fabricate complex parts and components.
  • Develop and maintain process schematics and technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and automation into manufacturing operations.
  • Perform root cause analysis to address production issues and quality concerns.
  • Conduct process validation and verification to meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
  • Implement process controls and quality assurance measures to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations in process engineering and automation.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement and product design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and hands-on experience with CNC machining.
  • Strong knowledge of tooling, robotics, and automation systems.

  • Day shift
  • 10-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
