Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Bursa is seeking a motivated student for an Indirect Purchasing Smart Start (Facility Management). You will support the buyer, assist with RFQs, tenders, and supplier communications, and contribute to cost-saving projects while coordinating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates are 3rd/4th year students in engineering, business, economics, IR or PR, fluent in English, and able to work at least 3 days per week for 11–24 months.

Qualifications

• Must be 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student in Engineering, Business, Economics, IR or PR or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week during school terms.
• Able to commit to at least 11 months during the school period.
• Residence in Bursa, Turkey is required.
• Strong coordination, communication and teamwork skills.
• Outgoing, social and proactive with initiative and responsibility.
• Result- and solution-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Highly detail-oriented with a planned, structured multitasking approach.
• Strong MS Office usage; Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Buyer (Category Expert) for Purchasing of Facility Management services.
• Support CO2 reduction activities at suppliers.
• Assist in RFQ processes and supplier communications.
• Support for project creation, tender follow-up, and tender preparation.
• Contribute to negotiations with suppliers and cost-saving projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Update supplier information using digital tools.
