Responsibilities

• Creating shipment file at ERP system and giving information to suppliers/customers.
• Following the delivery performance of the orders and ensuring their arrival on time.
• Establishing coordination with the customs agent.
• Updating regularly the import/export data on the system.

Advanced level of MS Office applications

Import and Export Specialist

Systemair Türkiye is searching for dynamic members to be assigned as Foreign Trade Specialist in our Gebze Plant for our growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Multinational corporation experience is a plus, knowledge of import and export regulations,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications,
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills,
• Hard-working, highly motivated and team player.

Responsibilities

• Creating shipment file at ERP system and giving information to suppliers/customers.
• Following the delivery performance of the orders and ensuring their arrival on time,
• Providing order management and follow-up If there are changes about arrivals, make updates in the system and inform related divisions,
• Creating import/export file and add all related foreign trade documents.
• Establishing coordination with the customs agent,
• Getting the prices from the shipping companies according to incoterm of the orders and to provide the logistics according to the price approval,
• Updating regularly the import/export data on the system,
• Transferring the expenses of import/export files to accounting department.
