Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Planning Manager/PIM to own supply planning for the IMEA region, coordinating with the factory for weekly and monthly plans, while ensuring FG materials are available and inventory levels are optimized.

You will lead daily and weekly planning meetings, maintain master data, and drive KPI targets such as service level and stock turnover, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and cost-effective planning.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply planning in FMCG/Chemical sectors.
• Advanced MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment preferred.
• English language proficiency to interact with management.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly supply planning of Finished Goods; create planned orders and interplant transfers.
• Monitor production quantities, follow up on orders, and address bottlenecks with RPM and production teams.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams across the country (production, quality, logistics, sales).
• Lead daily/weekly meetings; manage KPIs and prepare reports on service levels and inventory.
• Maintain material master data and set safety stock norms.
