Job summary

The Danish Refugee Council Türkiye is seeking an Information Management and MEAL Officer based in Gaziantep. This role blends IM and MEAL duties, with a strong focus on managing and improving DRC Türkiye’s Integrated Information Management System (IMS) and supporting MEAL processes across the country.

You will train staff, ensure data quality, comply with GDPR and Turkish data protection rules, develop dashboards (PowerBI) for real-time reporting, and provide data-driven insights to programme

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years NGO experience in information management/ data handling.
• Experience designing data collection tools with KOBO Toolbox.
• Experience with data visualization using PowerBI.
• Fluent in Turkish or Arabic; second language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integrated Information Management System (IMS) and ensure its maintenance and upgrades.
• Train MEAL and programme staff on IMS tools and interfaces.
• Ensure IMS compliance with GDPR and Turkish data protection regulations.
• Develop dashboards and visualization to present real-time programme data.
• Provide data quality checks and support reporting for partners and programmes.
