Qualifications

• Active teaching license in the relevant state.
• Experience in inclusive or co-teaching settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to interpret abilities and plan interventions.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and write behavior plans.
• Lead IEP meetings and write IEP goals.
• Support student achievement and school culture goals.
• Apply research-based practices in planning and instruction.
• Use culturally responsive teaching methods in daily lessons.
• Serve as advisor to a group of students and communicate with families.
• Participate in non-instructional activities and events.
