Job summary

PSI CRO in Ankara is seeking a Site Coordinator to support non-monitoring site management for Türkiye. You will maintain trial records, facilitate communication between investigative sites, vendors and project teams, and support regulatory submissions.

The role requires good organizational skills, a background in clinical research, and proficiency in MS Office, English and Turkish. This is a hybrid position based in Ankara, with collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Site Coordinator is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Full working proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities and communicate with investigative sites, vendors and project teams.
• Serve as main site contact for administrative matters and non‑protocol related issues.
• Prepare regulatory and ethics submission/notification documents.
• Coordinate site payments and trial supplies; track CTMS items.
• Maintain TMF/ISF documents and assist with audits/inspections.
• Organize Investigator Meetings and trial-related trainings.
