Job summary

Pernod Ricard Türkiye offers a 12-month, hybrid Management Trainee role in Istanbul, focusing on supporting the digital transformation of sales processes and the rollout of sales technologies. You will work with Business Development, Sales and Tech teams to translate business needs into practical enhancements and gain exposure to a global premium spirits company.

Qualifications

• Analytical and structured thinker with an interest in technology, data and digital transformation.
• Recent graduate in a relevant field with internships or projects in FMCG, tech or related areas.
• Strong written/spoken English and comfortable working in an international, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the digital transformation of Pernod Ricard Türkiye’s sales processes.
• Assist design and rollout of digital initiatives to simplify how sales teams work.
• Collaborate across functions to gather requirements and test new solutions.
• Support configuration, documentation and day-to-day use of CRM and data tools.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
