• Hybrid work model in İzmir with 60% office attendance.
• Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Marine engineering background.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist OEM integration team with application engineering activities.
• Document, update, and follow up on action items in team meetings.
• Support technical documentation, product reviews, and engineering projects.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to projects.
