Job summary

Softtech is seeking a Manual Test Specialist to join the Professional Services team in Turkey. You will plan, execute, and report testing across Frontend, Mobile, Web and Backend applications in a hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes functional, regression, and end-to-end testing with API testing and data validation, in collaboration with agile teams. ISTQB is a plus and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; strong testing mindset.
• Experience in software testing in banking/finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of test techniques and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with BA and Dev teams to assess requirements and testability.
• Support UAT and document defects with steps and logs.
• Assist automation teams and help transition manual tests to automation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and continuous improvement.
