pladis is looking for Human Resources Specialist / Assistant Specialist for our pladis Gebze Factory.

A brief overview of the position and the preferred qualifications for suitable candidates are outlined below:

Responsibilities:

  1. Be the first contact point for HR processes, systems, and practices for related functions and employees.
  2. Identify business unit needs precisely and communicate them to HR units after analysis.
  3. Monitor personnel movements (transfers, promotions, terminations) and ensure transactions are processed correctly in HR systems.
  4. Support business units in performance evaluation and competency implementation; assist in related processes.
  5. Participate in talent committees and evaluations related to company transition processes.
  6. Inform management and employees about legal regulations, personnel rights, and benefits; ensure compliance and monitor disciplinary processes.
  7. Handle confidential information sensitively, communicate effectively across management levels, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  8. Ensure the smooth operation of office functions, including supplies and equipment maintenance.

Essential Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
  2. 1-3 years of HR experience in areas such as compensation, payroll, legal compliance, or organizational development.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR SAP is preferred.
  4. Good command of English is preferred.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Analytical thinking and reporting skills.
  7. Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  8. Experience with Workday HRIS system is a plus.
