Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the HR Business Partner Team in key processes
• Managing the full life-cycle business partnership functions (i.e. workforce management, department hr processes, regular reporting, hr analytics, orientation agenda for new comers and supporting process, SAP updates etc.)
• Workforce reporting of monthly & quarterly HR reports
• Supporting the end to end Talent Management processes
• Becoming a part of HR Business Partnership Team – you will have a chance to learn about business partner processes & employee life cycle within the organization
