Human Resources Business Partner (Gebze)

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as the first point of contact for employees and provide support across various HR functions including recruitment (blue- and white-collar), performance management, employee engagement, onboarding, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the HR Manager and contribute valuable insights to enhance people processes.

  • University degree, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 6 of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing/industrial environmentmanufacturing experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law is must
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Proven knowledge in payroll processes
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset – data analysis experience is required
  • Ability to identify and interpret root causes across HR topics
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and deadline-oriented
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all employee types (hourly & salaried).
  • Design, execute, and monitor onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate with departments such as HSE, Finance, and IT to ensure proper onboarding requirements.
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related employee matters.
  • Analyze people-related data and provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and trends.
  • Develop effective strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Design and implement employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct job analyses and maintain updated job descriptions.
  • Contribute to employer branding strategies in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Conduct exit interviews and report findings.
  • Manage performance management, employee engagement, and retention processes.
  • Oversee relationships with HR-related service providers (e.g., recruitment, payroll).
  • Prepare monthly payroll files.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Generate regular HR reports and metrics.
