As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives and driving organizational excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, driving people and culture initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, engagement, and performance.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Drive learning & development programs to strengthen leadership and technical capabilities.
  • Champion employee experience & culture, ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs (Centers of Excellence) in compensation, benefits, and HR analytics to implement best-in-class solutions.
  • Lead change management initiatives in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of HRBP or strategic HR experience in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business-focused HR solutions.
  • Experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and drive insights.
  • Expertise in performance management, talent development, and engagement strategies.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and ever-changing business landscape.
  • Fluency in English is a plus!
