• Provide highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and end-to-end new hire experience.
• Use various tools and research methods to find passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow.
• Measure HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and metrics.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
