  • Supporting the creation of compensation and budget management strategies, policies and procedures and updating them when necessary
  • Carrying out studies in line with Şişecam strategies and market conditions for all processes within the scope of the Compensation and Benefits Management System
  • Supporting job evaluation process
  • Taking active role in all compensation and global benefits processes
  • Conducting annual wage increase and wage scale update studies
  • Preparing and tracking of employee-related cost and budgeting
  • Monitoring of expense management process and procedure
