Overview

POSCO ASSAN TST Steel Ind. Inc. Co., established in 2011 with a 350 million dollar investment in partnership with POSCO, Kibar Holding, and POSCO Daewoo, is the first and only cold rolling stainless steel producer in Turkey. The company has a history of industry recognition, including being selected as the world’s most competitive steel producer by WSD for 10 years in a row, and has contributed to the Turkish economy by supplying raw materials to multiple sectors, supporting local production, and aiding in reducing the foreign trade deficit. The facility operates in a 169,000 square meter closed area in Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone, runs 3 shifts, and operates 24/7. We are looking for HR Compensation & Benefit Process Leader for our HR Department.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or other related fields)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Analytics and compensation & benefits, preferably in holding companies
  • Excellent command of MS Office Applications; Excel is an asset
  • A strong understanding of labor law as well as related legislations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively with others
  • Customer focused approach with a passion for understanding and meeting clients\' needs
  • Currently residing/willing to reside in Kocaeli
Job Description
  • Prepare annual salary increase and performance-related calculations, along with analysis of market comparison data
  • Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations about policies and activities to improve the organizational culture, including suggestions to attract and recruit qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify and address necessary improvements in HR systems and processes
  • Design alternative compensation and bonus plans tailored to organizational goals
  • Prepare ad-hoc and analytical HR reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Play an active role in various ongoing Compensation and Benefits projects
  • Develop compensation proposals for new hires and employees undergoing promotions
  • Create HR dashboards and key metrics to monitor and assess HR performance

  • Years of Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience
  • Level of Education: Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
