Job Description
  • Serve as an HR Business Partner for related departments.
  • Collaborate and interact with junior and senior leadership, managers, cross-functional teams, and both White and Blue Collar employees.
  • Handle all HR-related topics for employees.
  • Recruit White Collar and Blue Collar employees for cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in development activities for related clients.
  • Take an active role in Performance, Potential, and Talent Management of related clients.
  • Lead all compensation & benefits processes at the location.
  • Responsible for personnel cost planning.
  • Analyze HR KPIs and maintain up-to-date business reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Organize and develop onboarding processes for WCE and BCE employees.
Qualifications
  • University Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent command of English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programs; PowerBI experience is preferred.
  • Moderation training is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop creative and innovative programs and policies based on business needs.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle confidential or sensitive matters.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues at all levels, external partners, and customers.
  • Strong presentation skills.
