These solutions have been deployed across 84 mobile network operators in 58 countries. We're looking for an HR Assistant to join our HR team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR documentation.
  • Support the planning and organization of training and orientation programs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external training providers.
  • Maintain personnel records in the Arge portal system, conduct necessary updates during both onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Perform necessary follow-ups related to occupational health and safety matters, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Track operations related to benefits, including private health insurance and the Individual Pension System (BES).
  • Prepare necessary documents related to visa applications, work permits, and similar requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • High school, vocational school (MYO) degree or higher. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Being a team player and demonstrating collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrating a detail-oriented approach in all tasks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a plus.
