Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of all public areas, including lobbies, spa, restrooms, car parking area, elevators, and other common spaces, in accordance with brand standards.
  • Clean and maintain residences as needed, ensuring all cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
  • Respond promptly to resident / guest requests and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
  • Replenish supplies in public areas, restrooms, and residences as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and policies.
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a hotel, serviced residence, or similar environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
