A leading hospitality group in Turkey is seeking a Front Office Clerk to manage front desk activities and provide excellent customer service. As a Front Office Clerk, you will be responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk and for delivering a quality customer service experience. Reporting to the Duty Manager, you would perform check-in and check-out duties, foreign exchange, assist with inquiries, clerical duties and concierge related services to guests and patrons of Crown Perth in accordance with established service standards.
