THIRTY FOUR OTELCİLİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, Holiday Inn İstanbul Beylikdüzü oteli için bir Otel Müdürü arıyor. Bu pozisyon, otelin günlük operasyonlarına sahip çıkmak, finansal getirileri artırmak ve ekip gelişimini sağlamak amacıyla liderlik etmeyi gerektiriyor. Otel müdürü olarak, misafir deneyimini güçlendirmek ve ekip performansını artırmak için programlar geliştirecek, ayrıca mali planlar hazırlayacaksınız.

Qualifications

  • Otel yönetimi konusunda 5-10 yıl deneyim.
  • Uluslararası markalı bir otelde çalışmış olmalı.
  • İngilizce akıcı, diğer diller tercih edilir.

Responsibilities

  • Günlük otel operasyonlarının yönetilmesi.
  • Misafir memnuniyetinin artırılması için programların geliştirilmesi.
  • Finansal raporların hazırlanması ve analiz edilmesi.

Job description

We’re on the lookout for true leaders. We need a Hotel Manager for the Holiday Inn Istanbul Beylikdüzü hotel that we will be managing, to take the top job and make it their own. Taking ownership of the day-to-day hotel operations, maximizing financial returns, driving people development, and empowering our team to create memorable guest experiences every step along the way.

Key Accountabilities
People
  • Develop programmes and initiatives to increase team engagement aligned with the hotel’s service philosophy.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor team member succession planning to ensure future bench strength.
  • Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to enhance performance.
  • Oversee HR-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
Guest Experience
  • Demonstrate brand citizenship by maintaining compliance with all required brand and service standards.
  • Drive improvements in guest satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programmes that meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Engage with guests—ask for feedback and build relationships.
Financial
  • Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets.
  • Analyze financials to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum return on investment.
  • Utilize distribution channels and technology platforms to drive revenue and maximize market share.
  • Lead capital plans and asset management initiatives, including working with owners to maintain or improve the property’s market position.
Responsible Business
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
  • Act as a public relations representative to raise awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community.
  • Drive team member involvement in community organizations, activities, and businesses.
  • Develop and implement action plans to be environmentally conscious by reducing the hotel’s carbon footprint.
  • Perform other duties as assigned; may serve as manager on duty.
Key Skills & Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Administration / Business Administration.
  • Five to ten years’ prior hotel management experience in a Holiday Inn or similar internationally branded hotel, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in hotel openings.
  • Fluent in English; other languages preferred.
  • Living or willing to live in the area.
