Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an Electrical Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring guest safety, comfort and service quality.

You will monitor the Building Management System (BMS), read daily meter readings, manage maintenance requests, perform planned preventive maintenance, and coordinate with external contractors to support meetings and events with reliable electrical setups.

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• MYK Vocational Qualification Certificate preferred, relevant to the profession.
• Previous technical service experience in hospitality or similar facilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Strong team player with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair all electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Monitor and utilize the Building Management System (BMS).
• Read and record electrical meter readings on a daily basis.
• Manage maintenance requests and work orders through the hotel's maintenance management system.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical service records.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs of electrical panels, wiring, and the hotel's electrical infrastructure.
• Diagnose faults, install, remove, and repair electric motors.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in guest rooms and public areas.
