The role involves negotiating rates, establishing hotel partnerships, and ensuring smooth coordination with various teams. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality or sales, strong communication skills in both English and Turkish, and a willingness to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Travco is a leading global hotel accommodation provider with over 35 years experience supplying hotel accommodation to the B2B travel industry. We are now offering a position based in Istanbul to strengthen our presence in the Turkish market. The new role will be a remote position, in the form of an independent/individual contractor. After an initial period with the company, it is expected the candidate will have the opportunity to help grow and expand the team further, including the possibility of adding further team members and progressing with management and leadership opportunities.

Competencies Required
We are looking for an individual who has very good communication skills both oral and written. Someone who is well organised and good with deadlines and targets. A real Team Player but also able to work on their own initiative. Previous experience in Purchasing, Hospitality or Sales is a must. Should have an analytical approach and good mathematical skills with the ability to understand basic profit and loss calculations.
