The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in the Helmholtz Association aims to transform tomorrow’s medicine through our discoveries of today. At locations in Berlin-Buch, Berlin-Mitte, Heidelberg and Mannheim, our researchers harness interdisciplinary collaboration to decipher the complexities of disease at the systems level – from molecules and cells to organs and the entire organism. Applications are invited for the position of project coordinator of the Helmholtz International Berlin Research School in Data Science (HEIBRiDS). As an interdisciplinary program, HEIBRiDS trains young scientists in Data Science applications within a broad range of natural science domains, spanning from Earth & Environment, Astronomy, Space & Planetary Research to Geosciences, Materials & Energy and Molecular Medicine. HEIBRiDS is one of six Helmholtz Information and Data Science Schools (HIDSS) within the Helmholtz Information & Data Science Academy, established through a collaboration between five Helmholtz Centers (MDC, GFZ, AWI, DESY, HZB), the Berlin Institute for the Foundations of Learning and Data (BIFOLD), and three Berlin universities.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an open-minded, creative and development-oriented personality from 01.09.2025 to help shape the position of Project Coordinator (m/f/d). Please note that this position is limited to 2 years.
The position is embedded in the MDC International Graduate School an umbrella structure providing services to all PhD students and MDC’s scientific community and will be located in Berlin-Buch.
