How can you make an impact?

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Experience in Insurance industry (preferably health insurance)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAS
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills with a creative mind and data-driven thinking
• Ability to work in a team environment with a mindset of full ownership
• Willing to work in agile structure
• Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills

What do we expect you to bring?

• Controlling the information in the group health proposal request, evaluating, pricing and preparing the proposal
• Preparing, pricing and sharing the renewal offers of our existing groups with the sales team
• Evaluation of incoming revision requests and preparation of revised proposals in light of current information
• Creation of product and offer alternatives suitable for groups
• Developing pricing models used by actuarial and technical calculations
• Product and special condition development studies
• Claims analysis and reporting of existing groups
• Carrying out studies for the improvement and development of processes, developing system improvements
• Supporting the development and management of online digital platform designed for group health products and quotations
• Foreign language correspondence and negotiations for groups with international connections
