Job summary

Scrambly in Turkey seeks a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the Scrambly portfolio. You will be the first PM, defining direction, prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable growth.

Over time you will build and lead the product function, partnering with engineering, design, data, monetization, and leadership to deliver exceptional value to millions of users and to align product decisions with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience owning complex consumer or mobile products.
• Proven track record of leading products through significant growth phases with direct responsibility for strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on scaling of consumer products with large user bases.
• Proven experience defining and owning product vision and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and long-term strategy for Scrambly.
• Translate company goals into a clear, actionable product direction.
• Identify key user problems, market opportunities, and strategic bets.
• Continuously evaluate product-market fit across product areas.
• Align stakeholders around product priorities and trade-offs.
• Own the experimentation strategy (A/B tests, feature flags).
• Define success metrics and guardrails for experiments and initiatives.
• Balance short-term wins with long-term product investments.
