Job summary

A leading glass tableware manufacturer is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to enhance all HR processes and create an outstanding employee experience. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of HR experience and a proven track record in leadership roles. Fluency in English, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors are required. The role will be based in Kütahya or Eskişehir, Turkey.

What We’re Looking For
  • 15+ years of HR experience in large-scale organizations, covering key areas such as Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Talent Management. 5+ years of managerial experience with a proven track record of leading successful teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable university (higher degrees are a plus)
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and experience managing HR digital transformation projects is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to effectively balance company objectives with employee needs
  • Willingness to relocate to Kütahya or Eskişehir
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enhance all HR processes aligned with company policies to create an outstanding employee experience
  • Develop and manage competency-based talent development and career management systems
  • Manage employee branding efforts to attract and retain top talent
  • Standardize HR policies and procedures, aligning them with group strategies and driving change where needed
  • Manage the HR budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
  • Collaborate with Gürok Group HR team and Gürok Academy to implement innovative changes and improvements at LAV
  • Regularly analyze and report on key HR metrics
  • Support and coach the HR team to foster their growth and development
