Jobgether SRL in Turkey is seeking an Arabic (Gulf) Language Expert for a freelance AI trainer project. You will evaluate AI outputs in Gulf Arabic and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to high-quality AI training data, with a focus on dialect nuances, grammar, idioms, and cultural context.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Gulf Arabic dialects.
• Strong understanding of phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics.
• Ability to communicate analytical observations clearly with evidence.
• Master's degree preferred in Linguistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated language and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.
• Interact with AI models in Gulf Arabic across diverse topics and scenarios.
• Assess linguistic accuracy including phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics, and dialect variations.
• Identify and document model errors with reproducible examples.
• Analyze contextual interpretation, semantic accuracy, dialect distinctions and cultural relevance.
• Provide explanations of linguistic issues and reasoning behind evaluations and corrections.
• Recommend improvements to prompt engineering, training approaches, and evaluation metrics.
• Contribute to development of high-quality training data for Gulf Arabic.
