To join us as a Growth Specialist you’ll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering — or another field where you learned to turn numbers into stories
- A sharp analytical mindset (you don’t just look at data, you interrogate it) with proven skills in analysis, reporting and measuring what truly drives impact
- The ability to spot growth opportunities others might miss — through customer segmentation, market research and real user insights
- At least 1 year of experience running CRM & Direct Marketing campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, In-App — yes, we use them all)
- Bonus points if you’ve got experience in retention, loyalty or rewards program design
- Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, proactive and initiative-driven
- Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal English skills; able to work effectively across teams in a dynamic startup environment

- Shape and optimize the customer journey with smart retention and engagement moves
- Dream up, launch, and track multi-channel campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, In-App)

- Own the day-to-day of CRM activities and keep things running smoothly
- Dive into user data to create sharp segmentation and targeting strategies
- Team up with product and data teams to hit ambitious growth targets together
- Keep your radar on market trends and competitors so we’re always a step ahead
- Experiment with monetization levers and double down on what works
- Own growth projects end-to-end, from first idea to flawless execution
