Codeway is seeking a versatile Growth Marketing professional to own end-to-end marketing for web products and lead global campaigns. You will craft acquisition strategies, manage creatives, and optimize performance across major networks.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in performance marketing, strong data skills, and comfort translating data into actionable plans. This role offers a rich benefits package in Istanbul with flexible practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and RTB.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with Google measurement tools (GA4) and mobile measurement partners (Adjust and/or Appsflyer).
• Knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking across multiple channels.
• Understanding of BigQuery is a plus.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.

POSITION

At Codeway, we're redefining the performance marketing role. Here, you won't just analyze data and optimize campaigns; you'll also participate in creative discussions, manage global network relationships, and contribute to strategic decisions that shape Codeway’s future vision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end-to-end marketing. Claim 360 ownership of a web product’s marketing and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies.
• Manage the creative pipeline. Develop and test creatives by generating ideas, proposing hypotheses, monitoring implementation, and providing feedback.
• Run and optimize campaigns. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other networks.
• Build external partnerships. Build meaningful relationships with external partners and agencies, and manage collaborations with ad network teams.
• Leverage data and dashboards. Build and monitor BI dashboards for insights and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs while scaling.
• Collaborate with product. Work closely with the product team to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies.
• Drive growth initiatives. Take additional responsibilities to grow your product by thinking beyond performance marketing and applying creative growth-hacking approaches.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience.

• Hands-on experience in campaign management across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, RTB, and similar platforms.

• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong command of written and verbal English.

• Experience with Google measurement tools (GA4, etc.) and mobile measurement partners (Adjust and/or Appsflyer) is a plus.

• Knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking across multiple channels is a plus.

• Understanding of big data environments (preferably BigQuery) is a plus.

• Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
