Job summary

CoreX Holding seeks a Treasury Operations Assistant Manager at our Istanbul headquarters. You will lead international bank account opening projects for group companies across jurisdictions, coordinate KYC and due diligence, and prepare banking documentation such as constitutional documents and board resolutions.

You will work with Legal, Tax and Finance teams to ensure timely onboarding, manage banking connections, and monitor ongoing KYC renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
• 7–10 years of experience in Treasury Operations, International Banking Operations or Corporate Banking.
• Hands-on experience in international bank account opening processes.
• Strong knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), AML and corporate documentation processes.
• Experience working directly with global banks and managing banking documentation requirements.
• Experience in multinational companies is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Advanced MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead international bank account opening projects for Group companies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate KYC, Due Diligence and account onboarding processes with global banking partners.
• Prepare, review and maintain corporate documentation required by international banks, including constitutional documents, UBO structures, board resolutions, powers of attorney and signature authorities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance and local management teams to ensure timely completion of banking requirements.
• Manage periodic KYC renewals and ensure banking records remain up to date.
• Act as the primary contact for international banks regarding onboarding, compliance documentation and operational requests.
• Follow up on SWIFT implementations, MT940 integrations, e-banking onboarding and banking infrastructure projects.
• Support online banking user setup, authorization structures and access management.
• Monitor the operational progress of banking projects and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate treasury-related documentation requests with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support treasury operational activities including payment processes, banking services and account maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of treasury and banking processes.
