Job summary

IQVIA's Global Site Activation Team is hiring a Site Activation Coordinator to work under supervision on country-level site activation activities for clinical trials. You will perform feasibility, activation and maintenance tasks, review documents, and collaborate with the Site Activation Manager and other departments to ensure timely site readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or related field (required).
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience; 1+ years in healthcare or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform country-level site activation tasks in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and progress tracking; prepare site documents and regulatory package.
• Coordinate with Site Activation Manager, Project Management and other departments to ensure timely site activation and maintenance.
