We are looking for a Rewards Specialist who will join our Human Resources Team to ensure organizational success and performance. You’ll be responsible for managing and implementing appropriate compensation and benefits applications and strategies for all levels of the organization.

What you will do day in and day out:

• Managing all payroll processes, making salary, SSI, income taxes, and additional payments calculations,
• Preparing monthly payroll reports by compiling all data required in a timely and detail-oriented manner,
• Taking part in managing and preparation of the entire company's personnel budget,
• Answering all questions and requests of teammates in the responsible countries accurately and on time, and meeting with the relevant stakeholders when necessary.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields
• You’re a data-junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture
• You have familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiative when necessary
• You love working in a multicultural environment and have a sufficient level of English to communicate effectively
• You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment
• You have an excellent command of English
