Job summary

Eczacıbaşı İlaç Pazarlama is seeking a Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist in Turkey to help manage pricing, reimbursement, and market access activities. You will coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Marketing and Finance to support regulatory filings and market access initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in pharmaceutical pricing in Türkiye, and fluency in English. Experience with SGK and TİTCK processes is advantageous and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related field.
At least 2 years of total experience in pricing, reimbursement, Market Access, or related areas within the pharmaceutical industry (including internship experience).
Knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement processes in Türkiye.
Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced written and spoken English.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across different teams.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing regulations and business priorities.

Responsibilities

Following up on the pricing and reimbursement processes of company products in line with relevant regulations.
Supporting the preparation of the required analyses, files, and documentation for TİTCK pricing applications and SGK reimbursement processes.
Conducting analyses and follow-up activities related to reference pricing, price changes, periodic Euro value, and cost card processes.
Monitoring regulations and announcements published by TİTCK, SGK, and other relevant authorities and assessing their potential impact on products.
Preparing analyses and reports regarding products' pricing, reimbursement status, competitors, and market conditions.
Managing the procurement and follow-up processes for price certificates and other supporting documents.
Working in close coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant teams.
Proactively following up on deadlines, missing documents, and required actions across multiple processes running simultaneously.
