Job summary

Rönesans Holding recruits an experienced OHS Manager to establish and lead the Occupational Health and Safety function for our Data Center Group. You will shape governance, policies, and performance standards across geographies, ensuring ISO45001 alignment and lender requirements.

You will develop 2-3 year execution roadmaps, implement dashboards with Power BI, lead audits, and drive a Zero Harm culture while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of OHS experience in construction, data center projects, industrial, energy, infrastructure or mission-critical environments.
• NEBOSH International Certificate or equivalent; Diploma or higher preferred.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001, EN 50600, OSHA, NFPA, TIA-942 or equivalents.
• Experience with OHS governance, systems, and lender reporting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary, multicultural teams and travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the OHS management system at corporate level, aligning with ISO 45001 and lender requirements.
• Develop 2-3 year OHS execution roadmap, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead high-severity incident investigations using structured methodologies.
• Provide OHS guidance to project teams across data center projects and JV environments.
• Deliver OHS training, programs, and competency development; drive digital tool usage.
• Coordinate interface with Sustainability and Environmental functions on shared topics.
