Job summary

GTech is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Project Management Office. The role focuses on coordinating large IT programs across banking, fintech and retail domains, with multinational teams. Strong PM background and PMP/English fluency are required.

You will manage scope, priorities and dependencies, drive delivery using OKRs, and ensure alignment with leadership on risks and progress. International collaboration and visitor coordination are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in an engineering/STEM field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in banking/fintech/retail domains with multinational teams.
• PMP certification or training completed.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Experience managing large IT programs and software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple enterprise IT programs to deliver outcomes using OKR approach.
• Define program scope with business leadership and elicit priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, build and release software.
• Provide visibility on progress and risks to leadership.
• Identify dependencies across tribes and squads and manage changes.
• Improve program management standards and execution practices.
• Manage risks, bottlenecks, issues and conflicts between teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Support EU R&D project documentation processes and international relations.
