Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a Medical Director / Clinical Development Physician with Haematology expertise to lead global haematology development programmes from Turkey. The role requires medical leadership across international trials, collaboration with Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and Medical Affairs teams, and strong cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with Haematology specialist training.
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech clinical development.
• Proven track record in clinical trials and drug development programs.
• Strong understanding of GCP and global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and clinical leadership across global haematology development programmes.
• Contribute to global development strategies and plans.
• Support protocol design, endpoints and statistics input.
• Oversee safety, efficacy, PK/PD data and risk–benefit assessments.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and regulatory teams across regions.
• Guide investigators, KOLs and external experts.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
