Modanisa, a global fashion e-commerce company, is seeking a Business Development & Technology Management Trainee who is passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and technology. The role involves working across business, product, and technology teams to turn data and ideas into impactful solutions.

As a recent graduate, you will learn to identify opportunities, prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate with Operations, Data, BI, and Technology to drive inventory, store, and warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed
• Strong interest in business development, product management, technology, AI, data and e-commerce
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into actionable solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis
• Proactive mindset with ownership, curiosity and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Support backlog creation and prioritization aligned with product vision and business needs
• Identify business and product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, operations, market trends, and data
• Collaborate with Operations, Data, BI, and Technology teams to translate needs into practical solutions
• Leverage AI-powered analysis and automation tools to generate actionable insights across data
• Explore AI-powered product ideas, support pilots, measure impact and implement learnings
• Contribute to product initiatives leveraging technology and data to improve customer experience and efficiency
• Track product performance and outcomes to drive continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional projects from idea to implementation and measurement
